Our shades are the kinda cranberry color and on our last trip we made too big a follow thru pulling the shade down on our dinette window shade. We
(I wish I had been the one to do it because DW keeps beating hersell up over it. It could very easily have been me to do it) tore the very flimsy daylight shade you use for privacy, not darkening). Campingworld shows replacement shades, but they are not the same color. My questions are:

1. Is it possible to get an exact match?

2 The list of suppliers doesn't include the shade manufacturer.
Anyone have a reference for the OEM of Montana shades?

3. Will I get any support from Keystone customer service?

4. Does anyone have any experience with replacing shades?

Thanks, Bill and Quin

Well since no one answered my post I may as well do it myself.

After reading entries on this forum I was kinda gun shy with regards
to asking Keystone for help. But I phoned the number on their website
and was told that they only services their units through authorized
dealers. They told me that the CampingWorld store in Woodstock, GA
was the closest for me and I should contact them.

So I called and talked to the CW guy (Tim) who provides support for Keystone Montanas and was treated very nicely and after providing
him with my VIN he found the exact shade in the matching color and appropriate size I needed and placed an order for me.

Problem solved. Sorry to bother anyone who may have read my post
and for a moment thought about telling me that calling Keystone was
all I needed to do.
