Picked up our new Cougar High Country 5vr today from Pontiac RV in Pontiac IL. My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received from all parts of this dealership. We enjoyed working with the Salesman, Steve Martin (no, not that one:cool:), to discussing options for the fifth wheel hitch with Jason in the Parts area, to Mike, delivery demonstration person. Mike understood we're on our seventh or eighth RV, so he only covered the areas we needed, and provided excellent hints and tips to make the process more worthwhile, and he actually knew the RVs.
He was very informative about service and issues, so we felt very comfortable when we left the dealership today with our new RV in tow. We're already planning a trip next week, even though we still have remnants of our record 18 inches of snow on the ground.
