We picked our Springdale up yesterday and just wanted to give huge kudos to Boyer Rv in Erie PA. The walk through went very well. IMO, because the delivery inspection they did when they received the unit was very thorough. They even mounted my friction sway control that I purchased elsewhere. Gives me confidence that if any issues arrise in the future, all will be handled well. Having a great dealer makes life much better! "bouncey:

BIG +2 on the good dealer makes a huge difference. My current dealer has not given me any reason to speak or think ill towards them but my first interaction will be in the spring and past experience just got me uneasy.

Some folks do not realize just how important the local dealer is until they have a problem

My local dealer, from whom I purchased my unit, has been a pleasure to deal with thus far. I too have nothing but good things to say with respect to the service I have received.
